Tom Pavela

Tom Pavela has been CEO of Omni-ID and a member of its Board of Directors since 2007. His strength is leading technology companies into new markets and during high growth stages. Tom achieves success by applying business concepts at a strategic level. His staff even admits (grudgingly) that some of this stuff makes sense.

A former English major and a midwesterner from Wisconsin, Tom enjoys sharing stories about the challenges and successes of Omni-ID. Stop by the Omni-ID office and he’ll offer you coffee and bend your ear awhile.

Stan Drobac

Stan Drobac, Omni-ID’s VP of Business Development, has many years of experience in RFID and has played key roles in several tech startups. He has engineered many strategic relationships and has driven investments/acquisitions as both a buyer and a seller. With his extensive industry network, Stan leads partnership development for Omni-ID. He likes doing things across functions, though, so we never know what he’ll be blogging about next.

Stan is passionate about RFID, technology, and peanut M&M’s. He’ll be sharing the first two in the Omni-ID blog, but just stop by the office and he’ll offer you some of the third!

Andre Coté

Andre Coté, CTO and VP of Product Development, has not only in-depth company experience, but also several patents in RF and RFID design and manufacturing technology. Andre owns the product roadmap for Omni-ID, and has a deep understanding of how customers use RFID.

Andre can also pull up a great recipe at the drop of a hat, and cook it up from ingredients grown in his own garden. Perhaps we can get him to throw a few recipes into his RFID blog!
