Thomas C. Pavela, President and CEO

Since joining Omni-ID in 2007, Thomas C. Pavela has provided direction and leadership toward achievement of Omni-ID's vision, mission, and strategy. Pavela also serves as the liaison with the company and its Board of Directors, of which he is a member. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing at high-technology companies, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 100 and global corporations. Pavela has particular expertise in leading technology companies into new markets and during high growth stages, with experience in both the U.S. and global markets. He recently was President of Demand Marketing, a management consulting firm, providing business and marketing strategy and services to high technology, consumer, and educational organizations. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing at ZANTAZ, Inc. where he successfully repositioned the company as the leading provider of content archiving and electronic discovery solutions. Pavela also held a series of senior management positions with Apple Computer from 1986-1994, during the company's early high growth years. While at Apple, he led the company's first organized marketing efforts to the Small Business sector. He also developed some of Apple's most successful retail promotions and innovative channel programs. Pavela's early career included marketing, sales, and management positions with Spinnaker Software and Little, Brown & Company. Active in business and education associations, Pavela has held both board and advisory positions including his current role as Chairman of the Board of Visitors at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Pavela holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in English from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
Tony Kington, Managing Director, Europe

Tony Kington brings more than 17 years of senior operational experience to Omni-ID from a wide variety of product-based sales and business development positions in the nuclear, print, chemical, and technology industries. As Omni-ID's Managing Director, Europe-and "Executive in Residence" in the UK-Kington oversees the company's global Supply Chain, which includes manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. He also manages Omni-ID's major facility in the UK. Kington joined QinetiQ, Ltd. in 2004 to direct the initial development of the company's RFID efforts, which led to the formation of Omni-ID. Previously, he worked in several capacities at BASF Printing Systems. He served simultaneously as General Manager and Sales and Marketing Director with a territory encompassing the UK and Ireland. As General Manager, Kington was responsible for manufacturing and worldwide distribution of BASF Printing Systems oil-based inks business, representing revenues of over $80 million globally. Kington also led Polestar Purnell, the UK's largest publication printing facility, and part of the Polestar Group as Operations Director. In that role, Kington was responsible for order fulfillment and service levels, supplying more than 12 million finished products per week to newspapers, consumer magazines, direct mail, and catalogue sectors.
Andre Coté, CTO and Vice President of Product Management

Andre Coté's proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, and research and development enable him to effectively oversee Omni-ID's product development, product engineering, and R&D activities. He also draws upon his expansive knowledge of global markets to lead the company's Asian business development efforts. Coté has more than 30 years of experience in the printing and converting industry and has spent 10 years in the field of radio frequency (RF) technology. Prior to joining Omni-ID early in 2008, he served as Senior Director of Worldwide Business Development for Checkpoint Systems, a leading manufacturer and marketer of RFID technology. During his tenure at Checkpoint, Coté held various positions in R&D, manufacturing, engineering, product marketing, and business development for the company's global tag and label business. Prior to Checkpoint's acquisition of METO in 2000, he acted as Director of Manufacturing Operations. Andre Coté earned a bachelors degree in Finance and Information Systems from the State University of New York, Buffalo. In addition, he holds several patents in RF and RFID design and manufacturing technology.
Ken Edoff, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development

With more than 25 years of senior sales management experience, Ken Edoff has overseen domestic and international sales organizations, and developed profitable relationships with global OEMs, distributors, and channel partners. Edoff joined the Omni-ID executive team in 2008 after serving as Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales at ZANTAZ, Inc., a major email archiving software company. He managed and grew ZANTAZ' channel organization from a start-up initiative to a significant contributor to corporate revenue. Edoff has a diverse background with semiconductor and embedded software companies, having previously served in VP-level sales positions at Wind River Systems, SanDisk Corp., and Cyrix Corp. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for a data security company. Edoff holds a bachelor of science degree in Communications Management from Temple University.
Greg Overholtzer, Chief Financial Officer

Greg Overholtzer brings nearly 30 years of financial management and administration experience to Omni-ID. In his role as CFO, Overholtzer is responsible for managing the company's strategic and tactical financial and accounting activities, as well as human resources. He previously served as Corporate Controller at Genitope Corp., where he oversaw all finance and accounting functions, including SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to that, Overholtzer held Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, or Vice President of Finance titles at an impressive list of Northern California-based technology companies, including Stratex Inc., The Polymer Technology Group, TeleSensory Corp., and Giga-tronics Inc. In these positions, Overholtzer was responsible for financial, MIS, and human resources functions, while implementing financial management, strategic planning, and forecasting processes. He holds both an M.B.A. and B.A. in Zoology, from the University of California, Berkeley. Greg Overholtzer sits on the Board of Directors for the Academic Committee of Financial Executives International. He is also a Board Member of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Alumni Chapter, and a Board Committee member of the California Alumni Association.
Marj Kondo, Senior Director, Corporate Marketing
With a broad background in diverse business environments ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Marj Kondo brings over 25 years of high-tech marketing and project management experience to her role on the Omni-ID executive team. She oversees global branding, corporate marketing communications, and public relations/analyst relations activities, as well as demand generation, co-marketing, and field sales marketing programs. Prior to joining Omni-ID, she was Founder and Principal of InDemand Marketing, a Northern California-based marketing communications consultancy, where she produced a series of successful, high-impact programs, promotions, and award-winning advertising campaigns for companies in a wide range of industries. Kondo also previously held senior sales development, product and consumer marketing positions at NEC Technologies, Inc., Apple Computer, Inc., Dataproducts Corp., Ridge Computers, and Hewlett Packard. Marj Kondo holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University, and a B.B.A. in Economics from Boise State University.
