George Reynolds, Vice President of Sales

George Reynolds is a highly-regarded leader with numerous successes in the RFID and security industries, where he is known for his demonstrated success connecting customers to new products and technologies.

Before joining Omni-ID, Reynolds was VP of Global Sales & Marketing for Avery Dennison RFID, increasing market share from less than 5% to over 35% in just eighteen months, while increasing revenues twenty-fold in two years. Prior to Avery, he created and ran the RFID division for Tyco, producing an industry-first complete solution stack, partnering with Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, EDS, Sun Micro, Thingmagic, OAT Systems, and GlobeRanger. As Tyco's VP of EAS, he integrated Sensormatic's $600 million anti-shoplifting product line into ADT channels worldwide, increasing revenue 24% in his first two quarters in the role.

Reynolds has opened factories and sales offices in China, and has spoken at conferences from Istanbul to Guadalajara to Sydney, as well as in the U.S. and Europe. He has served on the technical committee for the IDWorld conference held in Italy, was named a Subject Matter Expert and Trusted Advisor by RFIDWizards, and has supported GS1 EPC pilots in North America, Germany, Colombia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

Reynolds holds a US patent and has two applications pending. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Clemson University.
